When you pray, be sure to take your time and pause for reflection. If you have not already done so, be sure you do not allow your cell phones and other devices to rob you of your listening time. Use this time to develop your spiritual imagination. See your Father inviting you into His Throne Room.

I rise up in faith and boldly seize the hour for the spreading of the eternal Gospel. I remain sensitive to and in touch with the Spirit of God, and He teaches me how to prepare as He leads me according to truth and shows me things to come. God has blessed me so I can be a blessing to others.
Surround Yourself With Godly Friends
Father, help me to meet new friends – friends who will encourage me and lift me up. I want to spend time with wise people so that I may become wise by learning from them. I know that You are my source of love, companionship and friendship. Help me to find Your love and friendship expressed through my relationship with members of the body of Christ.
Victory Over Depression
In the name of Jesus, I loose my mind from wrong thought patterns. I tear down strongholds that have protected bad perceptions about myself. I submit to You, Father, and resist fear, discouragement, self-pity, and depression. I will not give place to the devil by harboring resentment and holding on to anger. I surround myself with songs and shouts of deliverance from depression, and I will continue to be an overcomer by the word of my testimony and the blood of the Lamb.
